He/she shall plan, lead, organize, coordinate, implement, and control all activities and operations directed to deliver cost-effective and efficient performance of all aspects of the Association’s financial and accounting functions.
He/she shall manage business value and set provisions of financial guidance and provide operational and financial strategies across the organization to protect Association’s resources and further improve its financial condition and profitability and ensure achievement of its plans and objectives.
He/she shall participate in the development. monitoring and implementation of sound internal and compliance controls that are designed to preserve business assets, enabling accurate financial reports (e.g. budget, analysis, financial statements and the like) and achieving the desired results, and ensures that Association’s policies, procedures and regulations are consistent with the acceptable accounting principles and to the regulating bodies of the government.
Basic Salary range: 70,000 – 80,000
